Here are helpful answers to some of the typical questions we get from our customers about our Stingray City Snorkeling Tours and Fishing Charters.
Question: Do you Provided Free Transportation for your Customers?
Answer: We pick up all cruise ship customers at the Cruise Ship Pier. After the tour, you can either choose to be taken back to the Cruise Ship Pier or dropped off at your hotel or condo in the Seven Mile Beach area. For guests staying at a hotel or condo along the Seven Mile Beach, we will pick you up and drop you off after the snorkeling tour or fishing charter. Question: Do you provide free snorkeling equipment?
Answer: Free use of snorkeling equipment and life vests are included in the tour price.
Question: Are children allowed on the tours?
Answer: Children are welcome and those under four years go for free. You must provide adult supervision for your children.
Question: If I take your tour, will I miss my Cruise Ship?
Answer: If you book a tour with us, we guarantee that you will get back to the Cruise Ship Pier before the last tender back to your Ship.
Question: Do you require a Deposit? Answer: No deposit is needed. However, you will be required to Email or Fax a Credit Card to guarantee your reservation. The credit card will not be charged for the tour - it is just to ensure that you will show up.
Question: Will my credit card be charged if my Cruise Ship cannot visit Grand Cayman?
Answer: If your ship is unable to visit Grand Cayman due to weather or any other reason, we will automatically cancel your reservation at no cost to you.
Question: What’s your cancellation Policy?
Answer: We ask that you provide at least one week advance notice to cancel your reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation at least one week in advance, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the tour. |
